phpMyAdmin moved?

I was going to back-up some databases when I noticed that https://karl.joyent.us/phpmyadmin/ seems gone. At least it says "forbidden" from here. Happens either by browsing directly to it or by clicking the phpMyAdmin link from Webmin. Is it just me or what?
