Index displays, CSS doesn't.

Hi.

I heart Textpattern.

However, I'm new to PHP (but not to coding).

I just did a new install of TXP in a subdirectory (no DNS change yet, so it's http://barclay.textdrive.com/~USR/SUBDIR/), checked all my paths and what not, and fired up a new default index and css in TXP's interface.

The problem is that the index displays OK, but no styles. It seems somewhat similar to:

I seem to recall there being a problem with tildes before the DNS change, but I don't know if that would be causing my problem. In the rendered index, it looks like the CSS path is correct.
