          反馈和员工敬业度

          工作相关的反馈是员工发展的关键。研究表明,人们希望工作绩效反馈,但没有得到几乎一样多的反馈,因为他们需要时,他们确实收到反馈往往是不一样有效,因为它可以。我们的研究的重点是了解的工作绩效反馈在组织中的作用,并回答问题:

          • 做反馈工作? 
          • 如何做反馈工作?
          • 为什么反馈工作?
          • 我们如何能够使反馈过程中更好地工作?
          • 我们可以诊断及其可能产生的影响?
          • 什么是应用的意义?

          通过反馈小组检查了一些具体的研究问题包括:

          • 什么是一些早期的前因是一个成功的教练?
          • 什么是正反馈环境的前因和后果,以及我们如何能培养管理者制定一个正反馈的环境?
          • 寻求反馈确实有不同的文化有不同的含义?
          • 如何管理一个进球多的工作环境,员工的反馈?
          • 什么是信任政治和寻求反馈过程中的作用?

          反馈和员工参与的研究小组正在研究一些同样的员工敬业度的研究。仪器是一个热门话题参与度,但现在大部分都没有组织部署有据可依。目前,该团队正在开发和验证措施,仍然可以使用基于反映在该地区的研究和理论。我们正在进行的研究,研究在虚拟环境中员工的参与,因为这涉及到反馈过程和个体差异因素相关有了接触。
